One Deep is a social entertainment application. It is not a bar, liquor store, alcohol delivery service, or any other type of alcohol provider. We do not sell, serve, distribute, manufacture, or provide alcohol in any form.
While some Quests reference drinking, all drinking is entirely optional. You can participate in every Quest without consuming alcohol. You may substitute non-alcoholic beverages, skip any Quest, or modify any challenge to your comfort level at any time. In-app "drink" references are entertainment prompts — not instructions, recommendations, or requirements.
YOU are solely responsible for:
• Your decision to consume or not consume alcohol
• The quantity of alcohol you consume
• Your physical safety and the safety of those around you
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws
• Arranging safe transportation (designated driver, rideshare, etc.)
• Knowing your own limits and stopping when appropriate
• Any interactions with other people during gameplay
• Any physical activities you choose to perform
DP Ventures LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates accept ZERO liability for any injury, illness, death, property damage, legal consequences, emotional distress, financial loss, or any other damages of any kind resulting from:
• Alcohol consumption during or after use of the App
• Physical activities performed as part of Quests
• Social interactions with strangers or other players
• Decisions made while using the App
• AI-generated or user-generated Quest content
• Photos or content shared through the App
If you choose to drink alcohol: know your limits; never drink and drive; eat food and stay hydrated; look out for your friends; stop if you feel unwell; call 911 in any medical emergency.
