It is not a medical tool and should not be used to determine intoxication level, fitness to drive, or any health-related decisions. By using One Deep, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Quests, challenges, and dares presented in the App are suggestions only. You should never feel obligated to complete any challenge that makes you uncomfortable, could cause injury, or is illegal.
DP Ventures LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "the Company") shall not be held liable for:
Any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from use of the App. Any actions, decisions, or behaviors of users during or after using the App. Any disputes between users. Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. Any damages arising from reliance on the App's features, including drink tracking and location sharing.
One Deep is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We strongly encourage all users to: eat before and during drinking; alternate alcoholic beverages with water; know your personal limits and respect them; never drink and drive — use a designated driver or rideshare; look out for your friends and fellow players; stop playing immediately if you feel unwell or unsafe; and call 911 in any emergency.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DP Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
