Account Information: Username, email address, date of birth, profile photo (optional). Your password is securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
Usage Data: Game participation, scores, quest completion, posts, comments, likes, and social interactions within the App.
Location Data: If you enable the "Find My Squad" feature, approximate location is shared with your party members during active game sessions only. Location data is not stored permanently.
Device Data: Browser type, device type, IP address (for security and rate limiting).
Photos: Photos you upload for drink verification, stories, posts, or your profile are stored on our servers.
We use your information to: operate the App and provide game functionality; authenticate your identity; display your profile to other users; deliver notifications; improve the App; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery); law enforcement if required by law; other users as part of normal App functionality (your username, profile, posts, and game activity are visible to other users per your privacy settings).
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through Settings or by contacting us. Game session data is retained for statistics and leaderboard functionality.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure token-based authentication (JWT). However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
You may: access, correct, or delete your personal data; adjust your privacy settings; opt out of notifications; delete your account entirely. To exercise these rights, use the Settings page or contact us.
The App is strictly for users aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 21, we will delete it immediately.
We use browser local storage to maintain your session, preferences, and theme settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
