DP Ventures LLC ("we," "us") operates One Deep. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We do not collect: real names (only usernames), phone numbers, payment information, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any data from other apps on your device.
Location sharing is entirely opt-in. When you enable "Find My Squad," your device's GPS coordinates are shared in real-time with other players in your party session only. Location data is held in server memory during the active session and is permanently deleted when the party ends or you stop sharing. We never store, log, or sell location data.
If you use the optional drink verification feature, your photo is sent to Google Cloud Vision API for label detection, then immediately discarded. We do not store, view, or share your photos.
We use the following third-party services:
Google Cloud Vision API — For drink photo verification. Subject to Google's privacy policy. Photos are processed and not retained by Google per their data processing terms.
Resend — For password reset emails. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.
Railway — For hosting. Subject to Railway's privacy policy.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. Authentication uses JWT tokens. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Game history is associated with your account for stats and achievements. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
You may: request access to your data; request deletion of your account and data; opt out of location sharing at any time; opt out of drink photo verification by not using the feature. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
One Deep is not intended for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 21, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
