By accessing or using One Deep ("the App"), operated by DP Ventures LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use One Deep. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
One Deep is a social party game that facilitates group challenges, drink tracking, and location sharing among friends at social gatherings. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: use the App for any illegal purpose; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; use automated means to access the App; or misrepresent your identity or age.
You assume all risks associated with the use of the App. One Deep involves social activities that may include alcohol consumption and physical movement. You are solely responsible for your own safety, consumption, and actions. Never feel pressured to complete any challenge that feels unsafe or uncomfortable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DP Ventures LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss of any kind.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by DP Ventures LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content through the App (including photos for drink verification), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The "Find My Squad" feature uses your device's location data. Location sharing is entirely optional and only active during a party session when you explicitly enable it. We do not store or sell location data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
